Buongiorno!!! Come state?! Io mi sento benissimo e soprattutto già in aria di weekend!
Devo preparare una torta per un compleanno sabato a tema giardinaggio e in cerca di ispirazione sul web mi sono imbattuta in questo bridal shower organizzato da Dionne di City of Dionne. Semi e sorbetto: un tema super estivo, un po’ crafty e colorato.

I have to make a gardening themed cake for a birthday on Saturday and while I was searching the web for some inspiration I came across this bridal shower styled by Dionne from City of Dionne. Seeds and sorbet: a summery, crafty and colorful theme.
Carta kraft come tovaglia, tovaglioli spaiati e posate vintage, bicchieri di vetro pesante e colorato. Mi piacciono da morire gli inviti che sembrano fatti a punto a croce. Alla fine del brunch, a base di mini pizze rustiche agli spinaci e spiedini di olive e salsiccia, tanti gusti di sorbetto fatto in casa: limone, fragole, kiwi e mango! E per finire ogni ospite ha scelto un pacchetto di semi di fiori e di erbe aromatiche e li ha piantati in vasetti personalizzati.
Kraft paper as tablecloth, mismatched napkins and vintage cutleries, heavy and colorful glasses. I love the invitations that look as if they are cross stitched. After having eaten Mini Spinach and Cheese Tart and Italian Sausages and Olive Skewers, they enjoyed home made sorbets: lemon, strawberry, kiwi and mango! And then each guest chose a seed packet of flowers and a packet of herbs and pot them in some customized pots.

Bellissima l’ho salvata anch’io nel mio archivio “preferiti”, non vedo l’ora di poter aver l’occasione per farne una anch’io a tema giardinaggio!!!
