Are you ready to make the perfect Summer party dessert? It is easy and sensational!

Procuratevi / You will need:
un lime a testa / one lime for each guest
gelato alla fragola / strawberry ice cream
gocce di cioccolato / chocolate drops
pellicola / protective film

Tagliate in quattro ogni lime. Con l’aiuto di un cucchiaio togliete la polpa. Asciugate gli spicchi con la carta assorbente.

Cut each lime in four. With a spoon take out all the pulp. Dry each section with some kitchen paper.

Riempite ogni spicchio con del gelato alla fragola. Infilate le gocce di cioccolato nel gelato.
Avvolgete ogni spicchio nella pellicola trasparente e mettete a riposare gli spicchi in freezer.

Fill each section with the strawberry ice cream. Put the chocolate drops in the ice cream. 
Wrap each section with the protective film and put them in the freezer to rest.
